Cocoa from Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, is distinguished by its strength. Its light hue, which sets it apart from other types of cocoa, is probably due to the high proportion of a Criollo variety in the bean blend. This is often seen as a guarantee of quality, as indigenous varieties tend to be richer in flavor and more intense than generic and hybrid cocoa. 


Victim of its success, this product is no longer available on our eboutique. Our little marmots are working hard to bring them back to you as soon as possible!

Ingredients: Guatemalan cocoa paste (fair trade), cane sugar and cocoa butter (organic). May contain traces of nuts, milk, gluten and sesame.
