 DELIVERY

Chocolaterie Sandrine Chappaz ensures the shipping of your orders throughout mainland France and certain European countries.

Standard delivery time: 48 hours

Monday to Friday, orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day.

For orders placed Friday afternoon and over the weekend, shipments will depart on Monday. The delivery time is 48 hours if transportation via our carrier is not disrupted, a detail beyond our control.

DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND FRANCE

For all deliveries to mainland France, shipments are made via DPD (against signature) to your chosen address or to a DPD Collection Point.
Orders placed (Monday to Friday) before 12pm are prepared the same day and dispatched the same day, except for missing items, in which case the order will be shipped the next day. However, you can indicate in your order comments a different shipping date.

The estimated delivery time for your order is 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping costs for deliveries to mainland France are calculated automatically when you create your basket on our site, based on the total weight of your order.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

Orders can also be collected from our shop at the address mentioned above. They are prepared the same day and ready for collection from the next day. Except for orders placed over the weekend, which will be ready for collection from the following Monday afternoon.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We carefully prepare each package and can, at your request, add a personalized message for the recipient of your order. In this case, please provide your text in the space provided for this purpose when placing your order. Note: invoices for orders are never included in shipments.

The prices indicated include protective and cushioning packaging adapted to preserve your delicacies.

During periods of high temperatures, all our shipments are made with isothermal packaging, ensuring that your order arrives in the best conditions, without any damage to the products. Transportation is provided by Chronofresh, in temperature-controlled conditions. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you create your basket on our site, based on the total weight of your order.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or public holidays. This ensures that your package does not remain blocked in the carrier's warehouse longer than the normal delivery time (especially during periods of high temperatures).

Please note: during festive periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter), shipping services do not always guarantee the delivery times mentioned above. Remember to place your orders a few days before you need them.
