Today, I wanted to share with you a subject that is particularly dear to my heart. As a chocolatier and a passionate epicurean, I love nothing more than sharing good meals, discovering new flavors... In short, celebrating life's simple pleasures!
But today, our consumption habits are evolving. Food intolerances, allergies, ethical or environmental choices…, more and more of us are adapting our diet, sometimes at the cost of certain frustrations. For my part, I have been eating gluten-free and lactose-free for several years.
And even without any particular restriction, what a headache it is not to know the dietary constraints of others when you are invited or hosting!
At the Chocolaterie, I have therefore chosen to offer inclusive products: creations designed for all dietary preferences, without ever compromising on taste, the quality of ingredients, or the ethics of our sourcing.

More and more of you are asking us in store for creations adapted to allergies, gluten-free or lactose-free. We have created a range that is adapted and uncompromising on taste.
🍰 The Cake
We permanently offer a cake gluten-free and lactose-free, made from rice flour, coconut oil and coconut sugar. These ingredients, sourced from organic farming, allow us to achieve an ultra-moist and generous texture. This season, let yourself be tempted by our seasonal chocolate and orange cake.

🍫 Chocolate Bars
What joy it is to see our customers' smiles when we answer: "A sugar-free bar? Of course, we have some!" For some, it is even a moment charged with emotion: after years without chocolate, they rediscover this long-lost pleasure.
You will be able to find the following bars just after Easter:
- a 62% dark chocolate bar sugar-free, a Grand Cru from Ghana, with cocoa and fruity notes, with hints of coffee, prune and fig,
- a 38% milk chocolate bar sugar-free, a Grand Cru from Ghana, creamy and rich in cocoa, with notes of fresh milk, caramel and a hint of coffee,
- a 44% chocolate bar vegan, with rounded cocoa notes and lightly
roasted hazelnut.

🍨 Ice Creams and Sorbets
All our sorbets are lactose-free and gluten-free, including chocolate sorbet, which has become a must-have. We have also developed a lactose-free vanilla ice cream. Perfect as a dessert, served alongside a slice of chocolate - orange cake… Yum!

Apart from our Temptation Bars, our entire Chocolate range is naturally gluten-free.
We also have a lactose-free chocolate candy: our plant-based ganache with raspberry. You will be able to discover a new one imagined especially for Easter… just a little more patience to savor it 😉.
The composition of our products
The quality of our creations always begins with the choice of raw materials. Sourceing is an essential step in our craft: origin, traceability, flavor and quality are at the heart of our requirements.
We work notably with many labeled products such as: Grenoble walnuts with AOC designation, Piedmont hazelnuts with IGP designation, blue vanilla from Réunion Island, and many others!
Whenever possible, we favor local ingredients, often from Organic Farming. This mention does not necessarily appear on our packaging because we transform these raw materials and we have chosen not to engage in the administrative procedures of organic labels.
These are all the commitments that guide our choices every day.
