Today, I wanted to share with you a subject that is particularly close to my heart. As a chocolatier and passionate epicurean, I love nothing more than sharing good meals, discovering new flavors... In short, celebrating life's simple pleasures!
But today, our consumption habits are evolving. Food intolerances, allergies, ethical or environmental choices…, we are increasingly adapting our diets, sometimes at the cost of certain frustrations. For my part, I have been eating gluten-free and lactose-free for several years.
And even without particular restrictions, what a headache it is not to know the dietary constraints of others when you are invited or receiving guests!
At the Chocolaterie, I therefore chose to offer inclusive products: creations designed for all dietary preferences, without ever compromising on taste, ingredient quality, or ethical sourcing.

You are increasingly asking us in our shop for creations adapted to allergies, gluten-free or lactose-free. We have created a range designed to meet these needs without compromising on taste.
🍰 The Cake
We permanently offer a cake that is gluten-free and lactose-free, made with rice flour, coconut oil and coconut sugar. These ingredients allow us to achieve an ultra-moist and generous texture. Right now, treat yourself to our seasonal chocolate and orange cake.

🍫 Chocolate Bars
What joy to see our customers' smiles when we answer: "A sugar-free chocolate bar? Of course, we have one!" For some, it is even an emotionally charged moment: after many years without chocolate, they rediscover this lost pleasure.
You will find the following bars just after Easter:
- a 62% dark chocolate bar sugar-free, a Grand Cru from Ghana, with cocoa notes and fruity flavors, with hints of coffee, prune and fig,
- a 38% milk chocolate bar sugar-free, a Grand Cru from Ghana, creamy and cocoa-rich, with notes of fresh milk, caramel and a hint of coffee,
- a 44% chocolate bar vegan, with rounded cacao notes and lightly
roasted hazelnut flavor.

🍨 Ice Creams and Sorbets
All our sorbets are lactose-free and gluten-free, including chocolate sorbet, which has become a favorite. We have also developed a lactose-free vanilla ice cream. Perfect as a dessert, accompanied by a slice of chocolate and orange cake… Delicious!

🍪 Gluten-Free Biscuits
- a chocolate – hazelnut biscuit, gluten-free and lactose-free, deliciously coated in chocolate,

Apart from our Temptation Bars, our entire Chocolate range is naturally gluten-free.
We also have a lactose-free chocolate sweet: our plant-based raspberry ganache. You will be able to discover a new one created especially for Easter… just a little more patience to savor it 😉.
The composition of our products
The quality of our creations always begins with the choice of raw materials. Sourcing is an essential step in our craft: origin, traceability, flavor and quality are at the heart of our requirements.
We work notably with many labeled products such as: Grenoble PDO walnuts, Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, Reunion blue vanilla, and many others!
Whenever possible, we favor local ingredients, often from Organic Farming. This designation does not necessarily appear on our packaging because we transform these raw materials and we have chosen not to commit to the administrative procedures of organic labels.
It is all these commitments that guide our choices every day.
