Ingredients (complete list varies according to box composition) : cocoa, cocoa butter, cream, butter, sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, nuts (almond, pumpkin, hazelnut, walnut, sultana, sesame), spices (verbena berry, cinnamon, coriander, Tonka bean, ginger, pepper, liquorice, vanilla), raspberry, coconut, sudachi, strawberry, orange, grapefruit, tangerine, yuzu, honey, cocoa nibs, lavender, coffee, spirits (Liqueur de Chartreuse verte, Rum, Whisky, Pastis), chestnut paste, milk powder, soya lecithin.
Note: our Pralinés are made with dried fruit and spices. Example: Walnut praline, Sesame praline, Hazelnut praline, Pumpkin seed praline, Coffee praline, Coriander praline, ... There is NO GANACHE inside. All our pralines are homemade, the old-fashioned way, i.e. they are finely ground but still crunchy.
